Skills for Success Spanish Resource Book Grade 6-12 by Carson Dellosa

Materials: Spanish dictionary (optional), pencil and notebook

Supply Fee: $20 per year

Length: 1 hour Class

Class Description: In this class we will study how to correctly interact with Spanish grammar, how to have a conversation with oral proficiency, conversational speaking, reading comprehension, and writing in Spanish. We will be using Spanish Workbook for Middle School and Highschool students by Daily Spanish Yulia Lebedeva and Skills for Success Spanish Resource by Carson Dellosa

Teacher Biography: Hello! I’m Nancy Bermeo, but you can call me Nancy Beeler. Originally from Ecuador, South America, Spanish is my first language, but I’ve had the pleasure of calling the United States home for the past 15 years. My husband and I have homeschooled our two daughters for 8 years, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I studied Educational Psychology back in Ecuador, and I’m passionate about teaching Spanish—it’s something I truly love. Sharing my culture with students is a big part of my teaching, and I enjoy connecting with them through both my own experiences and the rich histories of other Spanish-speaking countries. I’m excited to dive into the new school year and continue fostering a love for language and culture in my students!
