Length: 1 hour Class

Class Description: Español en Vivo Level 1 is a comprehensive and instructional class just like the author describes in her workbook. We will be learning simple conversations, vocabulary, pronunciation of different words, etc. Each unit contains geographical and cultural information about the regions that speak Spanish. We will learn through interactive fun activities to help your child to have a better understanding about the language. We will also be having little assignments that will help your child practice what we learn in class.

Teacher Biography: Hello! I’m Nancy Bermeo, but you can call me Nancy Beeler. Originally from Ecuador, South America, Spanish is my first language, but I’ve had the pleasure of calling the United States home for the past 15 years. My husband and I have homeschooled our two daughters for 8 years, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I studied Educational Psychology back in Ecuador, and I’m passionate about teaching Spanish—it’s something I truly love. Sharing my culture with students is a big part of my teaching, and I enjoy connecting with them through both my own experiences and the rich histories of other Spanish-speaking countries. I’m excited to dive into the new school year and continue fostering a love for language and culture in my students!
