Class Description: We will explore different ways to do cardio, strength training, and stretching. Some classes we will even throw in some Pilates and Barre work. Every class will be educational as well as a good workout!
NOTE: Mom’s are welcome in this class, too!

Teacher Biography: Kelli Blissard is a wife and homeschooling mom of three. Her first career was as a ballet and modern dancer. Knowing she wanted to keep moving when she retired, Kelli obtained certifications in personal training and group exercise from the American Council on Exercise, a year long Pilates certification in Los Angeles from Pilates Technique, and an associate degree in Wellness from Rose State College. In her fitness classes, Kelli encourages her students to consider exercise to be another way they can bring glory to God.
