Bag of various strength loop bands(usually found on Amazon or Walmart.com for under $10)

Length: 1 hour Class

Class Description: This is a full body strengthening and stretch class for moms only. Special emphasis will be put on core strength. Modifications will be made so that the class is both low impact on the joints and safe for moms who may have abdominal separation. Moms of all fitness levels are welcome!

Teacher Biography: Kelli Blissard is a wife and second generation homeschool mom of three. Knowing she would have to eventually retire from a career as a ballet and modern dancer, Kelli decided to pursue an associate science degree in wellness so that she could keep moving! In addition, she participated in a year long certification program with Pilates Technique in Los Angeles, California, and holds personal training and group exercise certifications with the American Council on Exercise. Kelli hopes to teach all of her students that exercise is primarily a means to glorify God!
