Class Description: This kindergarten level class is designed as a fun introduction to learning with friends in a co-op setting! It is intended to come alongside families and reinforce what is being taught at home.

The class time will include hands-on centers to focus on logic, fine motor, sensory, construction and imaginative skills, as well as promoting social skills, sharing and working together. Language arts will be incorporated through a “Letter of the Day” study, literature and story time, and “Show and Tell” time. Math will be incorporated during calendar time (months of the year, days of the week, seasons, etc.) and activities with numbers and counting. Other categories will include shapes and educational games.

Each student will be provided with their own binder for table time to practice on the category of their choosing. Crafts and fun activities based on seasons and holidays will be mixed in as well.
