Class Description: Staff Spinning – Flow, Movement & Skill

Ever wanted to learn how to spin a staff like in movies or performance shows? Staff spinning is a fun and creative movement class where you’ll learn to control and flow with a staff through spins, tricks, and combinations.

We’ll start with the basics and build step-by-step into smooth sequences you can put together and perform. Every skill builds on the last, so you’ll see real progress as you go!

Along the way, you’ll:

improve balance and coordination

increase flexibility

build confidence

learn to push through challenges and master new skills

No experience needed—just come ready to move, learn, and have fun!

Teacher Biography: Heather Isaac graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a degree in art education. She loves sharing art with others, and has taught in Mustang Public Schools, Basecamp Hybrid School, private lessons, and has participated at various art shows around the Oklahoma City Metro. She lives in Mustang, Oklahoma with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, staff spinning, and watercolors.
