The class will help them grow confident in all their current and future financial decisions. Alongside learning the core concepts of personal finance the class will learn how to plan and implement a budget.

Teacher Biography: Mikayah Fox holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Music and a master’s degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. She’s been homeschooling for 8 years and was homeschooled K-12 before going to college. She grew up loving the arts (still does) and feeling personal finance was just math and not something she understood beyond balancing her checkbook. After classes in finance, accounting, and economics she gained confidence in how to truly manage her finances. She now feels like an expert with over 15 years of managing a single income family’s finances successfully.
