Length: 1 hour Class

Class Description: Music is explored on the beginning band instruments, namely flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, and percussion. Other instruments can be considered by request.

Daily practice to keep up with class expectations.

Teacher Biography: Mr. Fast is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University earning a Bachelor of Music Education. He also earned a Master of Music Education degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mr. Fast has taught in public schools for 28 years, four years in Bethany and 24 years in the Putnam City District. He has four grown children and directs the church orchestra at Bethany First Nazarene Church. In addition to teaching band, Mr. Fast refurbishes instruments and make them available to homeschool band students at reasonable prices. He is in his 17th year of teaching Homeschool bands.
